When we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised by the kind hosts and the great location right in the Old Town. The property is spacious, cozy, and clean.

Paul : UK From The house is up a very quiet pedestrianised street, but only meters away from the bustle of the old town. It is also only five minutes from the beach. The hosts, Moyra and Tom, were extremely helpful on arrival and accommodating of our request to check in early. The house itself is stylishly designed and provides a great patio for a relaxing drink (with outside shower) and a sheltered outdoor area for the windy days. If we had been staying a bit longer, we would certainly have made use of the well equipped kitchen to make a meal from ingredients from the market, located a hundred meters away. And air conditioning!

Nael : Dubai :  Tom & Moyra’s place is a little gem hidden in the Marbella Old town. Of all the Airbnb places I have been to, this one is by far the cleanest and best maintained place; and coming from Dubai, we are very picky.  Would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Tom & Moyra greeted us on arrival and spent time showing us throughout the accommodation and explained in detail where everything was etc. They kept in communccation throughout our stay and were only to willing to provide any help should we have required it, including offering to store our luggage (if needed). We could not thank them enough for the use of their beautiful accommodation, set in such an ideal location for access to restaurants, shopping and beach.

Stylish townhouse in the center of the old town, located in a quiet side street. We were welcomed by the owners who shared a bit of history of the house and surroundings and gave us great local recommendations. The townhouse is stunning, very private and offers great indoor and outdoor spaces. We particularly loved the roof terrace. The location in the old town is superb and close to everything, the beach is less than 10min away on foot. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this Old Town Marbella rental. The hosts are a lovely couple, extremely helpful and resourceful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The apartment is spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The location is excellent, just 2 min from cozy terraces and restaurants, and about a 10-minute walk to the beach.
Highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the charm of Marbella’s Old Town.

This property was just beautiful! The owners, Tom and Moyra, really paid attention to the details, such as leaving milk in the fridge for coffee, enough pods for the coffee maker, little hanging fragrant sachets in the closet, use of beautiful linens, etc.. The design of the home makes excellent use of the space. We especially loved the lounge area off the kitchen, and terrace on the third floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and closet space is plentiful. The location is superb. While in the house, it’s peaceful but you only have a short distance to a bustling square with many restaurants. Old town is picturesque!! I could not imagine staying elsewhere while in Marbella. Tom and Moyra were exceptional with communication and recommendations ! I highly recommend this property 🙂 Go and enjoy a fantastic stay !!!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would absolutely rent it again. The space is beautifully appointed and feels recently remodeled, with thoughtful details throughout. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Marbella—just steps from charming boutiques, great bars, and excellent restaurants, and an easy walk to the beach.The layout is ideal for three separate travelers since each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, which made our stay especially comfortable. The rooftop patio was a highlight and a wonderful place to relax.The hosts went above and beyond by providing water, coffee, shower amenities, and even beach towels. They also shared terrific local recommendations that we ended up using and really enjoyed. Parking was conveniently nearby as well. An excellent stay all around—we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great house in a great location in a pretty and quiet street in the old town. The house is newly and stylishly refurbished, and is as described and loos like or does in the photos. Moyra was super helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

Words can’t describe how beautiful and quaint this town and home was for my husband and I and our two teenagers. It was the perfect combination of modern convenience and old world charm. All restaurants an shops are almost right outside your door. It’s on a quiet street, with the shops and restaurants just around the nearest corner. The beach is a very short walk. The home itself is beautifully appointed, with super comfortable beds, plenty of closet space, annd all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bath. I love all the windows from each room looking out onto the quiet street. Our hosts the Barbours, were very gracious and helpful, greeting us when we arrived to show us around and answer any questions. Our kids loved having their own individual bedroom and bathroom. It was a perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything, Merry Christmas

The place is great and the location can not be better, Moyra is a excellent host. It is a renovated home in the middle of the old town and as we were expecting the room were small but the social area of the home is big and the kitchen is full equipped. It felt really nice to wake up and walk to a near by bakery for a good bread to take home. Definitely I would come back again.

This was the best holiday ever. loved the vibe of the house and Marbella. Upon arrival our host Moyra arranged to meet us at the appartment with the keys and made sure we understood everything. Moyra was excellent in the lead up to the holiday with restaurant recommendations, tips and helping us arrange transport from the airport. She made organising our holiday easy and stress free. The town house was beautifully designed with our favourite spot in the private downstairs outside sitting area. The rooftop was amazing too. Very clean and comfortable town house, would come back. Aircon was 10/10 and needed in the hot summer weather.

This property is an exceptional find and definitely a place we’ve all said we’d book again. Moyra exceeded our expectatiions

The location is perfect, a quiet street a couple minutes from the bustle of the old town shops and restaurants. The kitchen is so well stocked if you wanted to cook for yourselves. The courtyard is such a cool feature but the roof terrace is what really stood out for us with the outdoor shower and loungers and lounge zone. The interior and exterior are just like the pictures, finished to such a high spec and the air con was superb in keeping us cool in the mini heatwave we encountered. Moyra the host went above and beyond for us and the communication was spot on.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. This property is exceptional, you will not be disappointed in booking this property for your stay.

Great accommodation in the heart of the old town

Wonderful, modern townhouse over 3 floors in the beautiful old town of Marbella. 10-minute walk to the beach promenade, 5-minute walk to various bus lines. The house is perfectly clean and furnished with love and high-quality materials. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the roof terrace is a fantastic place to relax after an exciting day of vacation. We felt very comfortable. Moyra gave us a very warm welcome and also gave us great restaurant and nightlife tips. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. We would love to come back.

Perfect property in the heart of Old Town Marbella

The perfect property in the perfect location. The house is exactly as advertised and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, the showers were perfect which is always a bonus and even in February, the terrace was a sun trap. It truly felt like a home from home. The property is amazing. Decorated to a very high, tasteful standard. The hosts have included touches to make the stay really comfortable and enjoyable. They were in touch constantly and made very useful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. It’s very centrally located on the doorstep of the old town. I would highly recommend this and look forward to returning one day.

We loved the contemporary luxury of this gorgeous home in old town Marbella. So stylish, so spacious, so many wonderful areas for us to enjoy as we gathered for my son’s wedding. The pretty, quiet location was only steps away from boutique shops, charming cafes and a short stroll to the beach. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus.

Lovely place in the heart of The Old Town

We stayed for a wedding nearby and found the townhouse to be in the perfect location for our venues. In addition it allowed us to make the most of the character of the beautiful Old Town enjoying meals and drinks in great places with a short walk back. We loved the terrace, views over the rooftops, nearby bakeries for breakfast but everything was provided if you wanted to eat in. The air con was superb as was the bedding and pillows. If you want three doubles all with en-suites, in a contemporary style with private outside spaces instead of the bustle of a hotel then this is the place for you.
