The roof terrace with a view of “La Concha” offers guests all day sun & a place to enjoy cool drinks in the evening whilst watching the sun set over the rooftops of Marbella. Important to note is that part of the roof terrace (aprox 1 third ) is not available to guests. We believe the town house is very comfortable and fully equipped. Location is ideal for exploring Old Town Marbella. We hope that guests will agree and return again and again.

Our town house is in the heart of the old town. Bars, restaurants, shops and many places of interest are just a stones throw away. Close by, there are also a number of small local shops for bread, croissants, fresh fruit and many other provisions. Lastly ,the beach is just 600 metres away.

Marbella old town is filled with Andalusian character on all sides. Its quaint, narrow streets are flanked by white buildings with balconies adorned with flowers, shops with personality and beautiful little squares with restaurants, cafes, and bars.

Marbella preserves the traces of a historical process that is both interesting and extensive in time. Its beginnings date back to the Roman period. Places to visit and enjoy within easy reach of our town house include : Plaza de los naranjos , Alcazaba and walls, Marbella Castle, the Magistrates house, Plaza Puente Ronda, and many more. These are within 5 minutes stroll.

Walking around the old town and soaking up its charm from this location is perfect. For excursions further afield, buses and taxis are abundant and always close by.
